She opened every door, a couple of times it was great.... I think tha tshe really liked it.

They were both excited by the new toy.

Lane opening more gifts.

Posing infront of the tree. They did not want to do it. They did more tickling, pushing and giggling then doing what I would of liked them to do... Oh well they had fun...

She was sick of me taking pictures..... Ya think...

Lane will always pose for a picture....

We lost power on Tuesday night for a few hours so we let them open one gift each to try to keep them busy... It worked pretty well...

Before opening a gift they each got a battery operated candle stick... They thought that they were big stuff...

The pictures got a little out of order, but more trying to get a nice picture infront of the tree.

Alyse getting all dolled up at Mo-Mo's house.... She is all girl...

Since we got to Grandma's house early, she put us all to work.... The kids loved it...

It is hard to believe that Christmas is here already....but it's true. We always have many family functions to go to on the holidays, which is always good eating... Our Christmas get-to-togethers started with the Bolliger Family on Saturday down in Tremont. It's always great to see everyone again. Sunday was our Dohman family Christmas at my mother-in-law's house. It was really funny, I told her that I would leave the kids at home and I would come in early to help her finish getting things ready, well at 10 am our power went out and by 12 noon the temperature in the house was already down to 48 degrees.... Yeah pretty cold, so we all went in to Grandma Judy's house.... When she answered the door, she just looked shocked and said what are you doing? I pleaded that our power was out and we were cold... SO she let us in...Then she put us all to work. It was fun... Lane dusted and Alyse vacuumed. The Dohman party was fun, it was great to see all the cousins just about everyone was able to make it. Christmas Eve we had two Christmas Gatherings to attend. The Sides family Christmas at my Aunt Glenda's. That one is nice because it is Normal so not to far for me to drive. We went ahead and let the kids open their presents from Tony and I today(Christmas Eve) in the morning, which was so fun... I loved it, so worthwhile. Then off to Aunt Glenda's then a mad dash to Judy's house for the immediate family of Tony. We have had such a Blessed Christmas. I am so thankful for all of my family, friends, and just really everything.... I have posted a few pictures from the last couple of days. Hope you all enjoy... Love you and miss you all, Hope to see or talk to you soon....

Oh my goodness, my first semester of nursing school is done.... I am officailly considered a J2... Yeah..... This past week has been so relaxing. I finished up my christmas shopping, I picked up my house just a little, I still have a lot of house work to do. I wrapped all of my Christmas presents today.. That was a lot of fun... Some of the gifts I kind of forgot aboug... So the kids are getting more than I planned, oh well... Tomorrow is the first of many Christmas gatherings.. I can't wait for all the good food... I don't go back to school until January 20th... That seems forever away, but the sad thing is, is I know that it will be here before I know it.... I just don't want to do anything but relax and have fun with the kids... I didn't realize how much I missed them until I've been home this past week with them.... They are just so fun... Some of the things that they say and do, just cracks me up..... Well I wanted to post some new pictures for all of you. I send you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year..... Love you all

Time For Christmas

It is the beginning of the Christmas Season... I was one of those crazy people and went shopping on black friday.... I just think that it is fun.. I got up at 3:30am and was shopping by 4:10am in Bloomington... I got a few good buys, I didn't have anything that I had to have... I got home and put away my goodies and put up my Christmas Tree. Then I went to work... Let me tell you it was a long day...without a nap... oh well I made it. I am finally feeling better... I went to the doctor on Tuesday, I had bronchitis, double ear infection, and a pulled muscle in my rib from coughing. My ribs are very sore and they still hurt really bad. I had Wednesday off from school and work, and my mother-in-law took the kids, so I slept all day. Well needed sleep. So today we had a lazy day at the Dohman household, we slept a little, eat a little, slept some more.... We just had a really nice day. The kids and I decorated the tree... It was so fun to let them put the bulbs on, they all go in the same spot. So after they were done I had to move the bulbs around... We sang songs, it was really fun. Then my wonderful husband took us all out to eat at Famous Dave's... Ummmm good food... Well now I am really tired from all my hard sleeping today... Hee hee... I am going to bed so we can get up early so we're not late for church.... Have a great Sunday tomorrow... Happy shopping to everyone...... one more thing yes my kids love to just be in their underwear. So don't worry they do have clothes, they choose to not wear them.......

The Holidays Begin

My mom and Baby Isabella (my cousin's baby)
Jayde and Andy

Too many kids, I won't tell you how many pics I took, none where they are all looking the same way. All the cousins....in the same place at the same time...Amazing!!!

From left to right: Seth, Connie, My Mom, Dad, Me, bottom: Jimmy and Katie

The big kids were almost harder than the little kids, but I think this one isn't too bad....Nice smile Seth...

The first of many family get-to-gethers took place this weekend... My family had our first Thanksgiving at my Uncle Alfie's and Aunt Kathy's house... It was a great time. All of my siblings were there, and most of my cousins were there. Two of my cousins are expecting, which is just awesome... Wierd though because in the past I've been pregnant with them. It kind of gave me the baby bug again... Then when I think about it, it hits me that right now is not a good time to have a new baby... It also seems that most of my friends are having babies or trying to get pregnant, so I tell myself that I will just play with their babies and then they can take them home... I have to get nursing school first.... Then we will see where God leads us.

This week for school I am going to do my Head-to-Toe assessment.... It is a big deal assignment. We have to video tape ourselves doing an assessment on our partner and then we get to say if we did anything wrong and then turn it in... It sounds bad, but I have been practicing so it really isn't too bad... I am actually excited to do it. We will see if the last three months of my life have been worth the pain and effort. Well I need to get to bed.... If everyone could pray that my Head-to-Toe would go well. Have a great week...... and HAPPY THANKSGIVING

We all have so much to be thankful for......

Busy Times

Well life has been really busy.. Some days I don't know if I'm coming or going.. Some days even feel like I just get home and it's time to leave again. I know it will be over soon. We only have about two weeks left of school... Then I get a break until Jan 20th. It will be a nice break.... The kids are good. They are growing so fast. I can't wait til I can spend more time with them... Right now they are playing so nicely together, it makes my heart happy to hear them laughing together. God has been good to me, He gives me special moments with them often..... Sometimes it is just while we cuddle in the night... I thank God for those moments because in a few more years I know that they will not want to sleep with us.... I am so blessed with loving children.

Classes are so much fun.. I really feel like I'm learning a lot and things are flowing together and making a lot of sense. We only have two more clinicals at the nursing home... I have enjoyed my time at the nursing home. My resident is so sweet and really enjoys having me take care of her. I also get a chance to go and talk with other residents that are alone. I have learned so much from the residents stories, some don't make sense, but others are so enlightening to life. I am going to miss my friends at the nursing home. I hope that will find some extra time to go visit there after my clinicals are over. Easy to say, hard to keep. There is always so many places to be or things to do and not enough time in the day.

Well I hope this update is sufficient enough for my STALKER. You know who are (Michelle) Well now I am going to go to bed. I am fighting a cold and need to get some good sleep. Hope to see you all soon... Love you all.... Happy Thanksgiving.....

New Patio

I am so happy to announce that we will no long trek through the mud to get into our house...... Yeah!!! On Friday Tony had some guys come and they poured our new patio. It looks so nice... Tony did a great job. I can't wait til spring to plant some flowers around the edge of it. Grandma Bolliger is going to come and help me. This week for school is so much better than last week. I can't believe how fast school is going by... I hope it keeps going fast. I can't think of anything else new to tell you all about so maybe next time..... Hope all is well with all of you....

Last Weekend's Wedding

I took a few 700 pictures over the course of the weekend....Here are a few.

The girls walked from the house to the church.

Last weekend was Tony's counsin Kelli's wedding to Chris... It was such a fun weekend... It started friday, taking Alyse to the surgi-centre to get a green beebee taken out of her nose, yes it's the most expensive beebee ever.... She did great and they only had to gas her, no IV or blood work. Took the afternoon easy, then we went to the rehearsal, which was fun, and then some good eating.... Tony really liked that part of the day... The kids had so much fun with Uncle Ron and Aunt Carla... Saturday was the wedding and pictures and the fun party.. On the way over to the wedding we told the kids that we were going to go to a fun dancing party, so they were so excited.... They danced there little butties off... It was great... They did such a good job in the wedding, they walked so good down the isle. Sunday we went to the brunch and watched the happy couple open their gifts... I am so happy for Kelli and Chris, they are such a great couple... They are good together. I can't wait to do more with them when they get back from their honeymoon.....Alright gotta go to bed, I have a big week this week. I have 3 tests, and a paper due tomorrow which is done, but just a lot of school work to get done.... Have a great week.....Enjoy the pictures.....
